1. Turnkey Factory Setup: We set up factories from scratch. From the initial feasibility study to funding, equipment sourcing, staffing, and production — we handle the full process. Whether it is a food processing plant, a plastics unit, or a textile factory, we take the project from concept to a running operation.

2. Sourcing & Quality Assurance:We help businesses find reliable suppliers and materials across our global network. But we do not just source — we also inspect and certify. Through our Mahatix platform, we connect you with qualified inspection agents to make sure what you ordered is what you receive.

3. Steel & Infrastructure: We design, manufacture, and export a wide range of steel and engineering products. This includes transmission towers, substations, prefabricated buildings, roofing sheets, forging items, cable trays, fencing solutions, GI pipes, steel water tanks, and structural steel components. We work with governments and private companies on large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly across Southern and East Africa.
The Mahabir Turnkey Project is our end-to-end factory setup service. Instead of hiring ten different companies to get a factory running, you work with one — us.
